The CDB-400 Series has been discontinued. Please see the PHB-357 as a possible substitute or contact our pH and Environmental
department.
The CDB-420 conductivity meter is designed for routine analytical laboratory situations where measurements must be made economically and quickly but without compromising on quality. The LCD display enables the simultaneous presentation of conductivity and temperature. The meter also displays prompts, mode indication and error messages. Temperature is measured via a precision thermistor mounted in the conductivity sensor. Temperature coefficient values between 0 and 4%/°C can be entered. The alternative cells available for use with the CDB-400 series allow the specific conductivity range to be extended by a factor of 10, i.e., the reading can be multiplied or divided by 10 depending on the cell constant. The CDB-420 is a research-grade conductivity meter. The CDB-420’s LCD graphic display enables unambiguous readout of the measured parameters and also prompts the user with plain language instructions. Conductivity values can be displayed in Siemens (Conductivity), Mohms (Resistivity), TDS (Total Dissolved solids) or PPM (Salinity).
